New Singers
Singers who wish to join The NoteAbles are welcome to attend 1-2 rehearsals as a trial. We rehearse at the Federated Church of Orleans, 162 Main St, E Orleans MA. Our rehearsals run from 1:15 to 2:45 on Monday. Please use our Contact Us form to let us know you're coming.
After this trial period, each singer meets with our director to sing something of their choosing for him. This “audition” is not meant to be stressful.
Current Singers
We are a four-part chorus, typically 25-32, men and women of all ages.
We are self-funded and, once a year, support our community contributions with our dues. Music is provided.
Our director is well-known in the community, and encourages us to have fun in our rehearsals and performances.
Concerts
We sing at skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and for community clubs, organizations, and events. We typically sing 5-6 concerts during each of the Christmas and Spring seasons.
